I have twenty DVD movies I got recently, they were just 10 cents each, so very cheap. So I spent 2 euros for 20 movies. How are movie prices there were you are?
Movie here are still expensive. DVD movies cost around R$ 29,90 (I think it’s around US$ 9). I want to buy a blu-ray just to collect Batman movies.
I suppose you are in Brazil, here where I am prices of older movies are very inexpensive.
I pay the equivalent of about $10 for a dvd. I only buy one every 6 months or so. If that.
We have cheap DVDs in the US, perhaps 5 Dollars new, 1 dollar used.
Yes, I’m from Southern Brazil. Just found Batman for just US$ 3 on Amazon. I envy it lol.
It’s cheaper to go to the cinema
It depends because cinema here costs around to R$ 30, the same price of a DVD movie. There’s a special feeling of having material stuff that you love to collect. I wish I had all Batman movies and animations in Blu-Ray.
Some at the big stores are $3.79 now here in U.S. I’m so thankful for internet streaming. Yay!
I do not go to movies (cinema), I buy these inexpensive DVDs at flea markets or second hand shops. I also borrow DVDs at the library. After I have watched a movie I take it to our books and other materials recycling point at our library. In this way other people can also enjoy movies without paying anything. Our library has a great collection of DVD movies.
