Do you think musicians should be called “musicians”? Do you think musicians should be called “recording artists”? Do you think “musicians” should be encircled within the category of “art”? If so then please explain why. If naught , then please explain why naught.

I’ve met some very accomplished musicians who never recorded anything… and there are some “recording artist” out now who I would never call musicians.
Art is usually an endeavor of expression… it not usually started as a money making venture… or a profit legacy…
the talent is usually developed due to a desire to create. I’d say musician’s can still be artists.
