Crazy Horse was a Lakota war leader of the Oglala band in the 19th century.
He wasn’t crazy or mentally ill if that’s why you are bringing him up.

Ive heard of him i think it was crazy horse who spoke the memorable quote 'today is a good day to die" before going into battle
just like his name, I didn’t know him personally

I doubt it since they were many many miles away, living in India.

Actually its because early explorers thought they had made it to india. But they were actually in north america. So they called the native americans indians.

Please stop referring to Native Americans as “Indians” since that is considered very offensive. In Canada, we prefer Indigenous or First Nations. Thanks for being understanding.

I just think it’s ignorant to say that because his name was Crazy Horse that means he was mentally unwell. He was a respected leader amongst his people.
