At you excited about starting the new job? I remember I always felt excited but also nervous when starting a new job.

Um. Iā€™m not sure if Iā€™m excited to be fair.

But Iā€™m relieved and happy to be independentā€¦
And yea I also feel a bit nervous.

Because I havent met the whole team yet

And in terms of symotoms anxiety is not my strongest point.

But I think it will be okay.

That is good that you were able to be excited about new jobs though thatā€™s a really positive sign.

Day Two of the two week trial

Is ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā–  difficult.

I absolutely love this job

Except, I donā€™t know if I will reach the standard that they require by the end of week twošŸ˜

I guess only time will tell with this though Iā€™m really hoping for the best.

Thankyou

Yea I hope I learn fast. Two weeks. Is just the right amount of time but itā€™s pretty intense learning period.

is it a difficult job? i know you donā€™t wanna say what it is but is it hard to learn?

Yea it is pretty hard job for me.

But I like that if thereā€™s increase in covid deaths, my job will never be affected.

Also the hours are very set, not all over the place every week.

I just donā€™t want to let the team down. :frowning:

sounds good, i hope you learn it quickly and feel relaxed doing itā€¦

good thing that the hours are more normalā€¦ itā€™s good for people like us huh.

Yea exactly I want to get to the stage where I can ace the job so that I can relax with itā€¦

As you are learning the job your brain is rewiring itself, new neuroconnections are being formed, that is how your brain works. That is the stressful period. Once you have learned the job, it means your brain has been wired properly, it now knows how to do the job, and then the job just becomes routine and possibly even boring, then the stress should drop significantlyā€¦

aw thanks, that is really encouraging to hear yea,

I just hope this job does not end because of me not being able to reach the standard that they want.

this management team sort of expects perfectionism when they monitor me

I am cool with that because it keeps me working hard. i guess :woman_shrugging:
