I tried to put a selfie of me on this site. I’m not that good with computers. For some reason I can’t log in this site with my cell phone. Does anybody know why? Then I tried to upload a picture to my gmail account and I don’t know how to. It might be hard to explain but how do you upload a picture to your email account?

What is your cell phone browser? Chrome?
In gmail from your PC it should have a paperclip:paperclip: at the bottom of the text box, I believe. Click on the 
and it will open a window for you to choose the location of the pic. If you’re trying to email yourself from your phone, I find it easiest to click on the picture and choose the option to send via email.

You can try a different browser on the cell phone, to send a picture to your email account you need another email account.
You could also connect your cell to the computer with its USB cable and access the photos this way.
