Yeah the sleep is definitely a tricky thing for a lot of people. I find simple stuff like sleep hygiene kind of helps just in general with my sleep. I definitely feel like less of a zombie off the olanzapine. Hope things work out for you!

I’m still on antidepressants but no antipsychotics. We will see how long it lasts.

It is some kind beautiful. I can FEEL my feelings these days instead of just thinking them or knowing them. So I can actually love my son. That is so beautiful.
