I have been just starting to get into using colored pencils to sketch and draw. I found a really nice set of Progresso woodless pencils on a Strathmore paper pad that is really comfortable.
I am very much a beginner, but I really am enjoying this new hobby.
I really admire anyone who can draw and paint. Both my brother and sister have talent but unfortunately i have the artistic ability of a 5-6 year old.
I actually have a lot of appreciation for kids art… it’s nice to see stuff that isn’t overly conditioned. My wife’s art can seem a little unsophisticated but some of it is really beautiful stuff…
