Any body ever do a colon cleanse? Did you have what alternative medicine claims is mucoid plaque? I am just wondering.
I’ve done it. It’s rather painful cos it causes bad cramps. And you poop a lot. I got this stuff off the internet. It worked really well. Cleaned me out
Yes, recently and accidentally. Watch out for the sugar-free gummies on Amazon. I honestly felt like I was dying while they emptied out my system. I can’t understand why someone would willingly seek this out except when needed (colonoscopy).
FYI, I’ve been following these forums for at least 25 years. I’ve not seen an adherent of alternative medicine demonstrate meaningful recovery. Not a single one.
Mucoid plaque is pseudoscience garbage and this thread will get locked because of it.
