Melatonin will sedate you more, its a sleep medicine. Yes Abilify made me less sedated, Latuda as well, never tried Amisulpride but I think its less sedating than Clozapine. Some users here use Amisulpride but I don’t know who.
I use amisulpride 200mg (400mg if i relapse), I’m a night owl but I take my dose in morning so I don’t know if my night wakefulness is due to it or not.

Even after the episode in psychiatric ward, you weren’t given clozapine?
I don’t understand why clozapine at 150 mg is causing me to be drowsy throughout the day.
My pdoc doesn’t want to try alternative to clozapine or Nuvigil/Provigil as he is afraid psychosis could be triggered. He doesn’t want to replace amisulpride with aripiprazole (Abilify).
I don’t understand what to do. My life is in a stalemate.
