my grandmother is in the hospital. i spent most of the day there. before i left i started to feel a serious amount of paranoia. I felt like i was about to totally lose my mind, but then i had a thought of when i was a kid how my grandmother used to pick me up and do things with me on the weekend. I felt a huge burst of love. Then my paranoia went away. For now.
My grandmother is in the hospital because for some reason starting yesterday afternoon she can barely form a sentence and is dizzy and confused. She can’t walk either or sit up by herself. The doctors can’t find anything wrong and it really sucks. They have no clue what could have happened to her.
Now i am home doing my Om’s to calm down.

I am glad you have good self caring techniques! It is good to be there for loved ones but also good to care for yourself when you need to.
