My room looks like a bull visited a china shop after a class 5 hurricane completely contained inside occurred. Also an earthquake.

More cleaning and unpacking. Trying to get the basement sorted better. Shampooing the carpet yet again in the hope of removing some of the gaaaaak stench. I hate this rental so much. I just got the kitchen whipped back into shape and tossed our bedding into the wash. Need to scrub out the upstairs biffy next, it’s getting naasssty.

Update: Need to hang the curtains in the living room as well.

I cleaned yesterday. I need to do a little more cleaning today but we have no water due to a water main break so no dishes or laundry today

I already took a load of junk to the dump this morning.

Now I’m getting stuff together to donate to the charity shop.

There’s too much stuff in my house and it’s one of the reasons it’s so daunting to clean. I’m hoping after I clear out a lot of that stuff it will be easier to maintain.

Lawd yes. We crashed the thrift store in Barrhead with what we shed for the current move. And we shed a crap tonne when we moved to Barrhead from our house. Now we’re finding more stuff for the Thrift Store that we missed in the first two purges. Oi!

I did a lot of organising and cleaning today as well. Also did two loads of laundry. Fresh sheets on the bed.
