It will be almost impossible to measure pro and cons, since it’s difficult to rule out any other psycho social elements influencing on life expectancy and quality.
But i would love to see some meta-data on it, if it were possible, just to have a hint.

Yeah so i so talk to some schizos. Like i know one schizo and he told me he got psychosis again after 3 months off meds. But for me i get psychosis like a year after meds. So to me it seems like a good idea to not take meds until i get psychosis, then take until the psychosis goes away.
I feel doctors just want us on meds forever because pharmaceuticals want to make.more money from us always being on meds. I.e there more interested in profit then what is best for the patient.
