I think that bullying and psychosis are related.
If you are different than others, smart and withdrawn, you are perfect target.
For me it started age 8 till 14…
It was hard to survive…
Feeling alienated and without support in school and home sure can have impact on your personality and contribute psychosis…
I was very “lairy” as a teenager. If people tried to mess with me Id get hostile with them very quickly. I didn’t care who people were. Id push people back if they messed with me. Made me a target at one point. Wasn’t allowed to go to school for a couple days because the teachers were concerned about me.
The “bad” kids didn’t like that I spoke up for myself etc. Teachers were on my side.
I don’t regret it tbh. The whole idea that you shouldn’t fight back is nonsense (in school at least).
