Chicken breast marinade...perfect for grilling

I used to work in a restaurant that specialized in grilled chicken sandwiches…here’s the marinade…

3 cups white wine
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 cup honey

marinate for four to six hours…grill to perfection.

edit, add one cup of water to the marinade too.
