A post today inspired me to check my bmi for the first time in months. I’m at 29. This is the first time I’ve been below clinically obese in years. Never thought I’d be happy to just be fat. Lol. 45 lbs till my goal. It’s a long road but it is worth the effort.

Yeah it’s so worth it. I’m down from obese at 30 to 26! I’m almost at normal range and still going down. It’s not easy on the meds but with some discipline and a plan you can do it. Good luck with getting down to your goal.

My BMI is at 34, but im working to lower it! Ive lost 16lbs so far!
