My BMI is now thirty.
Can’t wait for some warm weather because our electricity bill is going up and I hate wearing so much clothes all the time.
Do you know your BMI and the BMI ranges.
30 is just obese.
25-29 is overweight.
18 to 24 is healthy range.
It’s calculated by doing:
weight (kg) divided by the square of your height (m)

It’s mainly my belly omg it’s so ugly lol
And also my face I look like a potato head. That’s blown up
I win, I look like a mix between fat ■■■■■■■ with a Kim Jong Un haircut and Quasimoto currently. I know if I lost some weight i’d look better… but alas… I love thai food.

I’m finally in the 29 so now I’m just overweight. I was 31. So I’m proud of myself. But it was hard work and now I’m stuck in the 29 range.
I haven’t worn size 28-30 pants in years. Don’t worry. Being fat isn’t the worst thing in the world… schizophrenia is… oh wait… darn it.

I know right? Well at least we’re not dying of starvation. That’s the only positive thing I could come up with at the moment.
The best thing that happened to me was when I got pancreatitis and lost 10 lbs. I was like Yippee at the hospital and they looked at me really strangely. You don’t understand, people!!!

I think i’m seriously going to try dieting again. When I was off meds I lost about 75 pounds. I felt I was on my way back to being at a normal weight but then I had an episode. I wonder why I crave food so much on meds. I think it is because I eat for comfort sometimes.

For me I’ve noticed when I’m on med I suddenly can’t run how used to. That used to regulate my appetite
The meds effect a part of the brain that cause you to crave foods. It actually does mess with that portion of your brain.

Yeah I think that part is true as well. Before I played football soccer for fun and after getting injections I just couldn’t run for as long. When I was younger I used to jog a mile daily. I don’t think I could do that right now. I have to start somewhere though.

I’ve heard as much. It’s like I never feel quite satisfied after eating. I feel overstuffed sometimes but never I dunno… satisfied.
