said to meditate more…read with a timer…it basically said to try to read a few mins. more each day per setting which I haven’t really tried yet…I just read five pages right now as my goal per setting…so it said to push more…which I will def do. books that intrigue me…I think that’s the major problem with me right now…I love science fiction that I am reading but the book is seven hundred pages long…and I feel defeated…there is a book I want to read called “trejo” by danny trejo the actor…I think I will try that.

I started off reading 1 page at a time, now I’m back to devouring books. For about 4 years I couldn’t read more than a medium length web article.

You haven’t lost it. It’s just a bit of slower processing due to meds and illness. The more you “stretch” that brain muscle, the stronger it will get.
ChatGPT helped critique my code this morning. There were advantages and disadvantages to both our approaches. The final code would be a best of both worlds.
