Changed pills to shot

Abillify pills to apiriprazole injections from today.
From pills to a shot, would I have any differences?
Do you have your experiences from changing?

Less side effects with the shot.

Aren’t the shots permanent lobotomy? Pill are easier to get off of. I feel like I’m gonna be this way forever

No. They’re not.

When will I go back to the way I was? I have 5mg left in my body

You need to ask your doctor that. You were put on the shot for a reason I guess…

Like I did and she said don’t worry about it anymore you’ll come right again

The shots don’t work like that. Google University is a great way to scare people away from taking beneficial medication.

So I’ll go back to normal life within two years three years?

I take it all the time and am normal. Please stop taking over every thread about this medication. Maybe you need to talk to a doctor instead of letting your delusion about this medicine take over everyone else’s conversation.

So I’m not gonna ever see myself again? The doctors won’t tell me

This post isn’t about you and your delusion.

You need to see a doctor or go to a hospital.

I saw my doctor and guess what she said. I can’t answer your question

Every single post about Invega isn’t meant for you to jump in and turn into a discussion about you. Call me names all you want. Someone else is trying to find out information.

Ok well if you could tell me how long it takes for dopamine to rebind I’d accept that greatly

Editing because I’m not arguing or encouraging further discussion. Stupid of me in the first place.

I’m on the haldol shot and really really like it.
