Too many good ones to pick from. I like old school Nickelodeon. Doug, Catdog, Hey Arnold, Ahhh real monsters, Rugrats, Angry Beavers. Just to name a few.

I was born too late to be a fan of the cartoon I’m going to mention, but I have caught it on ocassion when younger relatives watch it, and frankly “Spongebob Squarepants” can be quite entertaining. As good as most other things on tv anyway.
I don’t know if its my favorite of all time, and it’s a bit silly, but it just came to mind.
Edit: There are just soooo many others I thought of after typing this, so I guess I can’t really answer. I guess I’ll just let it stand as is.
