Can you suggest me a movie

Hello,

I’m planning to watch a movie at home tonight but I can’t find an idea. Can you give me a suggestion of a movie you can remember you really liked.

Please don’t suggest me new movies since I have seen all of them.

Thanks!

Rubber, it’s on Netflix and totally meta

If you haven’t seen it already, the “Storm of the Century” is good. It’s a Stephen King story. There’s an old Alfred Hitchcock film titled “Rope” that is good. Both films are on the internet for free and in good quality.

Do you like a particular genre? Movies from a particular time period?

The only kind of movie that I don’t like is sentimental love movie!

Underworld series is good.Kate Beckinsale looks nice in that outfit too. did I mention Kate Beckinsale?

Boyhood on Netflix. Its about child actors growing up from childhood to age 18 showcasing people’s development. its kind of bitersweet in a way.

Oh yeah I have recorded it recently. Maybe I can watch it tomorrow!

So I have watched American History X yesterday day evening and I was very surprised by all the hate, discrimination, racism and violence that the movie depicts. Is the American society really like that?! I just can’t believe it.

Most of us aren’t neo-nazi’s. Racism is more or less common depending on where you are.
I think our violent crime rate is similar to Europe’s, just way more gun deaths because guns are so easy to get.

Although there was a study that seemed to show it is harder for blacks to get a job. Fake resume with white sounding name-many responses. Same resume with black sounding name-few or no responses.

I live in Canada and I don’t know so much the American society other than what I see in movies and I don’t know if Hollywood movies really show how the American society is. Many Hollywood movies glorify violence but I’m not sure the average American is so much violent. I guess not.

Phantom of the opera, slumdog millionaire, mirrormask, Lo (may be triggering), moulin rouge are all some of my favorites
