The youtube channel “living well with schizophrenia” is one of the better channels on the subject.

Theres a non fiction book called recovered, not cured. Its like an autobiography of this guys journey through psychosis and eventrually getting help for it. Highly recommend. Ive read it 3 times.

There’s a book called Surviving Schizophrenia. It’s in either its 7th or 8th edition by now. It’s a great resource.

you can get a quarterly news letter from NAMI

it talks about mental illness in general but i have read some good articles on sz/sza and people living with it

its nami.org or you can look up your state

i believe its just a small donation to get the news letter like 5 -10 $ American
