Can you feel the back of your head?

I’m thinking of the phrase “in the back of my mind” as if it were a place where thoughts are stored. But a physician told me headaches in the back of the head have to do with muscles so I don’t know.

I can’t feel certain parts of my head, like my forehead is numb, it’s scary.

I find touching helps me to get to know myself. And a little rubbing. Isn’t it strange how we can be so unaware of our own bodies.

The back of my head has nerve damage from my brain surgery, so all I feel back there is a vague tingling sensation.
