I’ve always been numb, Moonbeam. When I was a teen, I broke up with my boyfriend because I couldn’t feel anything when he kissed me. Feelings about my head have actually improved over the years. I blame an infantile head injury that made me scream with pain until my father smacked me around until I shut up. This buried a lot of feeling.
