Can you accept being strange?

I think the only issue I have with being strange is it can be lonely. You feel like there are not others like you…but I have found people who love me for my strangeness. So that makes me happy and I accept who I am.

Somebody mentioned nuts…

I’M HERE.

I’ve been told that I was strange, odd, weird, eccentric all my life and I never minded it.

I feel weak with my symptoms…
Sometimes i accept it. Sometimes it makes me feel sad.

I am not norman. Just want a house with an eat in chicken.

Jk!

I accepted myself a long time ago. Learning to embrace who you are and loving yourself can be a monumental undertaking.

I’m not really that strange. No delusions or paranoia. I just have to keep my voices to myself and only talk about them on the forum, which I do. This is my outlet.

My wife and I have a code phrase when we’re in public and I’m getting overwhelmed. I tell her we should take a roadtrip soon so I can GTFO. That’s reserved for when the voices are shrill and loud as all hell.

A lot of “normal” people seem like abusive liars. I wouldn’t want to be like them.

I’ve been called alien head but they meant it in an endearing way
