Hi, you just need to click on my picture and then follow the link underneath, if all goes well it should lead to my blog webpage on wordpress, i’ve tried doing it myself but i need someone else to check it please.

thanks Mountain man, i had problems with the link before but thanks for checking,

i wrote 3 different blog posts last night for just what happened yesterday lol, it was a pretty tough day and now my back is sore now lol, i had a bath at 8am this morning to try and help the pain lol
