I don’t think so. Low bodyfat will do, tho.
Being self conscious will lower your self esteem. The beauty of people is diversity of features.
But I don’t think you can exercise your face.
Maybe I’m wrong. But sounds implausible.
First place my body puts on weight is my face, fun.
They actually talked about this on tv a couple of days ago. The verdict is no, you can’t shape the jawline.
High protien low carb diet with moderate weight / resistance training.
It definitely won’t work. Chewing gum won’t make you look tough. Only low class. @Naek
