Im on lexapro and thinking ita affecting my positive symptoms, what about you?
Ive been on two other ADs and haven’t noticed any changes with positives.
Since mania is dopamine related and there is overlap of symptoms. I generally operate under the assumption that anything which can cause mania in general population has the possibility and or propensity to exacerbate positive symptoms. This is one of those odd ones though but if you told your doctor that I assume they would just be risk adverse and just take swap you to a different one
