Got up late for like a whole week. 11am - 1pm.
Sucks. Ruins the day.
So I’m gonna place an alarm clock in another room which will force me to get out of bed in the mornings.
Also gonna open my curtain again so daylight wakes me.

Sounds like a good plan
Back when I had places to be, I used to set both my phone alarm as well as a physical alarm clock, but at staggered times. I also used to put the alarm clock far away from my bed so I’d have to get up to shut it off.
I found having to get up, plus having more than one alarm go off at different times helped my ass get out of bed on time

When I was young and only had time for a couple hours of sleep a night, I used to set multiple alarms, each one further away than the previous one going off.
Also, I had it playing politics that I was opposed to because it would make me so mad I’d wake up wanting to tell them off.
Then I’d jump in the shower and let it go.
Worked like a charm (for me)
@POET not a good idea. Roosters have no turn off switch they go all day!
