Even if you can’t fully commit the full two minutes of brushing with toothpaste and using floss,

Something is better than nothing.

Seriously, just keep a dry toothbrush next to your bed (a soft one) and just do a little brush when you can.

I skip days too sometimes. I think my teeth are still good. I used to go days or maybe weeks without brushing my teeth or flossing and I’d get plaque buildup on my teeth. Now I try to brush twice a day but sometimes like today I only brush once.

I don’t always either. But I do go to the dentist regularly for cleanings, so that helps.

In my youth i did not do it,but I was very serious about it as a grown up. But lately I forget it at times so I do it every other day. I’ll have to be more serious about it.

My teeth are prone to acid attack because I have bad enamel. I have to brush every day or my teeth will go bad. So mornings after shower, and at night before bed. On rare occasions I will forget in morning, but I always remember at night.

My teeth are yellow from smoking the worlds finest baccy for the last 26 years and I’m missing one.

But I brush twice daily and attend my dental appointments.

I try to commit to doing it every night and whenever I go out. I miss few nights a month especially when I’ve been out drinking. That said my teens/early twenties I barely ever did it and at one point had to have 5 fillings and 2 extractions (wisdom teeth - so luckily doesn’t show). That was an unpleasant experience enough to deter me from forgoing it again. I have a routine of doing it after I eat my last meal. It helps a lot for me.

I struggle to remember to brush my teeth but lately I’ve been doing better. I got some clove and cinnamon’s flavored toothpaste from Tom’s of Maine and that’s been a nice incentive

Believe it or not, I went like several years or so.of little to no brushing… Since I was like 16 or so its been an off and thing. I know I went a year though or close to it.

I’m seriously regretting it, but it’s still hard to be committed in spite of consequences that have occurred from it.

I feel it’s a trauma issue and it’s still affecting me now. I brush more often but it feels like it takes serious effort to get up and do it.

I hope you will try your best because the consequences and damage is pretty hard to swallow at a certain point.
