I hate it when it gets below freezing here…it’s early really for this…normal lows are about 36. el nino damnit.

I’m guessing that your homes in the south aren’t built for winter like ours are.
nope, and we have many windows in our house, so it’s overwhelming our little wall unit…but it stays warmer with it cranked up all the way than if we didn’t have it. So I’m grateful.

Sorry man, that’s not good. Our homes are insulated to temps of -50F, so we can take a fair bit of cold even with the furnace out.
