Apparently something occurred on the set of his new upcoming movie with a female actress.
But nobody is saying anything…and he’s apologizing about it all.

Not a surprise:
Murray insulted Lucy Liu by calling her a TV actress, insinuating that she was not on the same level as himself, Diaz, or Barrymore on Charlies Angels set.

Murray is 71 years old.
I bet it was a tit joke or grab of some kind that pissed off the actress. Everybody involved won’t say anything about it.
Details seem vague.

@Loke Check out the podcast Lucy liu (sort of recent) professionally described the situation. Drew Barrymore also showed her support on Liu Standing up to Murray out of her own dignity on the Drew show last year. Its pretty bad.

Lucy Liu is a terrible actress.
It’s beyond me how she got in iconic films like Kill Bill.
And Bill Murray is a living legend.
This incident took place YEARS ago.
She’s just taking advantage of this situation to get her face in the limelight again.

But sorry - Lucy Liu is a bad ass. Also an American (Asian) who breaks all stereotypes.
I also believe most people don’t find her beautiful and judge her on that.

Probably best to judge Bill Murray on the merits of the accusation of whatever went on IMO. Not based on whether or not he is an icon or whether or not Lucy Liu is a badass Asian American. Just my two cents. Think its best to wait for details of incident to come out before pre judging either way. It could be nothing or it could be something horrific. No way to know until more is heard.
