when I was hearing voices all the time I noticed my pupils were larger than normal. I would check the mirror many times a day to see what my pupils looked like. I was glad they were larger as I always had pinpoint pupils growing up. I figured it was caused by my strict vegan diet or the coffee consumption. anybody else notice anything like this
I had big pupils growing up and now they’re small. So reverse situation for me.

Same. I read somewhere that some people’s eyes dilate when they hallucinate.
I got big pupils whenever the cray cray got serious.
Still do sometimes.

My pupils are different sizes. It always makes me think I have brain damage.
Also, I swear to god I developed a slight lazy eye after my psychotic break. Overall it made my eyes appear very different than they once did.
I’ve never noticed this to be honest but i’ll check the mirror next time i hallucinate.
When I was 18 I took too much LSD at once (it was only a hit and a half, but it was potent) and I had a bad trip. I believe that triggered my schizophrenia. But after that happened my pupils got huge and stayed that way.
They’re still huge, like characters in animated Walt Disney movies. (It’s no coincidence that the animators from Walt Disney made a lot of the good characters or the heroes have large eyes with large pupils. You can find a study that says people with large eyes and large pupils are more appealing to other people).
