I’m stuck between 4 soups- Pho, menudo, pozole, and black chuño soup.
Where did you get that? Chinese market? I like potato soup at Panera bread. But they dont carry it everyday. There’s an Irish pub around me that makes really good potato soup as well.

Of all the soups I’ve made homemade I’d have to say that it’s either French Onion for it’s ease of preparation or Cream of Mushroom for it’s good old fashioned comfort appeal. I tried making a cold cucumber soup once…meh…not my favorite.
Would like to try making a borscht but not sure with the nearly endless varieties.
