With me the knowing I need to lose weight is far in advance of the ‘how to do so’. I’m not good at meal planning, cooking skills are not great, and I don’t like much of the things touted as being good for you health and weight wise.

I want to eat more healthily, whilst not feeling that I’ve put on a hair-shirt, and I’m doing penance.
