Be thankful for what you have

Ive said it before and ill say it again one thing that helped me with this illness it to be thankful for the things you have youve got food , medicine , roof over your head and internet connection thats doing better than 70% of the rest of the world be grateful and you will be more at peace with schizophrenia

Yeah when you consider 20 % of chronic sz cases give or take don’t respond to meds then add to that those able to get online who aren’t homeless/ substance abuse etc we really should be more thankful for sure. It’s a good point.

I am great ful because mental illness are of the some kind that patients were disabled by without any harm or cut into their body.

Very gratefull for the internet and the phone, the fact I can walk, talk read and write. Very gratefullI still hve a job, even thou I am not surehow much longer I can hold it. Grateful for the roof over my head and the bed I sleep in. I am gratefull for your company as well and this website.

I am glad for what I have. Mostly because I can function almost normally.

I try to learn to live for once again; learn the same things again.

Even though my psychosis was long time ago, I still relearn some things again… Overall acceptance is a key. Being thankful for god or whatever you’re thankful for is also very important
