I went into the psych ward the first two weeks of June. It was not all about sz it was my PTSD was triggered pretty hard for a week I had nightmares at night and flash backs during the day. I started doing self harm and other unhealthy coping skills. My brother talked me into going to the ER at the VA. Glad to be home. I’m still trying to catch up on the site. Have a good day everyone
