This study is a rediculous waste of time and yet another diversion on the road to finding a true cure.
1966 was a long time ago. When will psychiatry stand up and address the needs of the mentally ill today? Maybe when all the patents run out and big pharma has had their say we will start seeing progress. Until then there are billions upon billions of dollars to be made just maintaining the mentally ill without concern for there physical well being because the system is set up to handle that too.
It’s a trap

@MeghillaGorilla1, I know you’re frustrated, but I have to ask you to stop commenting on news articles like this. It’s upsetting to other forum members and provides no benefit.

Not only that, it’s counterproductive: any bit of knowledge about how sz affects people and why will help in developing better future treatments. Little answers point the way to bigger answers.
