I am the third year student, actually the last year,
working on my bachelors now.
But I started understanding how MUCH I actually HATE my study programme.
What shall I do?
Everyone is pushing me to finish, get the degree…, and I believe it’s the best thing to do for me… but I don’t want to work in this type of work which I am preparing to.
I know the best thing would to done with my bachelors and feel free. But I hate even the fact how I feel when I write it.
Very few people actually work using their degree after college. I say finish the degree, but go into what interests you unless you need a specific degree to do it
Finish it (if you can). Btw mind you share what are you studying? There can be more choices than you think for a lawyer, but not so many for an aeronautical engineer
You have to decide what is best for you. How much does this degree mean to you? You could limit your options if you don’t get it, but if the emotional cost is unbearable you should consider withdrawing.
Studying can be difficult at times. I would suggest you push harder if you can and maybe seek out some support or counseling at your school or somewhere.
Just believe you can do it. I had a psychotic break when I was taking my final exams at university but the studies I did in the past was in my long term memory so I was able to pass.
You don’t have to practice what you studied but I’m sure when you’re done you would be able to decide the right course to take.
