Seroquel helps. I don’t remember much from my dreams on it.

Geodon gave me weird dreams and bad dreams. Caplyta doesn’t.

I am sure there is like a blood pressure med that is good for stopping nightmares. Can’t remember the name

Thankfully, no nightmares lately. Clozaril and Trazodone.

I’ve had nightmares before but not in a few years. It takes a lot to scare me. I know what literature not to read, something that horrifies me without any fun to it.
