To answer your question though. I’m impulsive but most times I’m straight up, balls to the wall plain guy who just glides along…

Trouble is when I need to make a big decision I do it and I’ll move mountains to do it and it’s very impulsive but it’s usually the right thing for me to do as it’s turned out over the years…

So I’d definately say I’m impulsive over compulsive…although certain behaviours may have been compulsive earlier in my life…

Makes sense. Probably not but works for me :slight_smile:

I am still a bit compulsive-impulsive. It used to be much worse on Abilify which is known to cause impulsivity.

when it’s the first day of pay day and I’m in the grocery store I am constantly picking up “treats” and then putting them back later…yes I’m compulsive sometimes.

I’m more impulsive. But I’m very neurotic and anxiety prone so, you could say I’m compulsive too.
