Yeah, heavily dosed on meds I have significantly less stress as well. Unfortunately, it also kills my enjoyment and drive a lot on heavy meds. I prefer to be on the minimum dose that I can get away with it controlling my psychotic symptoms.

I stress easily even on plenty of meds.
I very often have to take a benzo so it doesn’t snowball

Im more stressed on meds than off them

It’s not that I’m stressed it’s that I’m anxious. Inner restlessness runs rampant through me.

I guess I had a ability to not stress before I got ill. I got award for stress factor of the year in my navy unit meant ironically.
But the meds has exacerbated it. Olanzapine that is. Hard to explain.

If I look calm generally I am fighting lots of stress.
Some sort of benzo or something may be in my future again.

I sort of have the personality of a stoner so I seem very calm but I do have a lot of bad shite going on at times.
