I’m uber stable but a big thing for me is stress. I live a life that avoids stress like the plague!

Sure I don’t work but I live a decent life and I’m very happy. I’d like to be independant and not reliant on the old government but I do what i need to do.

For you. What are your major stressors? Can you take more meds on harder days? Do you have days worse than others…things like work can be very stressful for a sz?

I don’t have too much stress
I do volunteer work
My therapist helps
My life doesn’t always seem too bad but I like to be busy

Yeah I do volunteer too. Do you notice any particular times of day your struggling?

I take my meds religiously same time everyday. I try to find routine and am a bit anal about it!
It really does help with keeping me doing well.

It’s worthwhile investigating. Whether you may need a med adjustment of just try some things!

I avoid stress too @rogueone . Centerlink currently pays my bills for which I am grateful, this means I don’t stress myself by working a job atm. I’ve almost come off one of my meds now and I and the people around me have noticed symptoms are starting to come back, but I think I can manage on just one AP.

when i argue with my mom and family is stressful on me a lot. my sister visits with her family once a month and that is stressful too.

i feel like if i talk about it no one would believe me. because of my mental illness. they would think i’m the problem. :frowning:

No one would believe me either, your right!

i take notes otherwise i would forget about things said. it’s helped in my arguments. my one sister the other day was trying to tell me a comment that was told to me recently and hurt me a lot, i made up in my head.

First it was partly a text message and second i wrote it down. it bugs the heck out of them that i write what they say down. i don’t dwell on it a lot. but i have it in my files. otherwise i wouldn’t remember and doubt myself too.

The Medications work like a switch. Off meds you got symptoms on meds symptomsfree, but sideeffects.

But I still get symptoms on medication

@shellys12
Have you tried multiple medications at multiple doses?

Yes I have tried most of them
I might be better on sulpiride however I can’t risk relapse so I just have to manage
Unless a really effective new drug came out

I’m so sorry you do not experience more relief.

Ever thought of a depotinjection?

Can you have depot injection on clozapine

You have to ask your psychiatrist about it, but i think out of my experience you can mix it with a variety of medication.

Thanks @anon84157300
I will bring it up at my appointment
