I mean I believe there are two types of voices imo good ones and bad ones… one is “out of their mind” when they begin to follow and listen to the bad ones.
Many of us go through periods of psychosis and at those times we can be delusional but I don’t see it as an over arching thing like “I am crazy”, but rather “there have been times when I was deceived by these voices and at those times I was not acting rationally…” or I act contrary to sound logic at times because of persecution from these voices. …
That’s my 2 cents
