Yeah more negative symptoms… sorry should’ve said that instead. Idk usually having a coffee or tea in the morning on the porch seems to start my day off better.

Yea caffeine pills and coffee help my negative symptoms a bit. But what helped the most was the right AP. I had less negative symptoms on Abilify. I think its bcz its a partial dopamine agonist and doesn’t fully block dopamine. Rexulti, Vraylar and Caplyta are also partial dopamine agonists.

Anything that makes you healthier is good. Start with the basics: Water, vegies, and vitamins and minerals and excesize. Generallly what doctors should say.

I’m on 225mg. I figured the weaning off process would be fairly long. Did you have any bad side effects?

Mostly for me, my head would just be tingly for a couple of weeks, and then that would settle down

You do have to tread carefully though, meds weave their way deeply into your brain chemistry, so it can mess you up if you’re not careful
