Anyone use stevia sweetener?

Yes I drink the occasional Stevia soda, it tastes good to me.

I do and I like the taste better than Equal. I only use it in my coffee.

My gf got me to use stevia to sweeten things as needed. The sugar we have isn’t for eating it’s for our hummingbird feeder. We don’t really do soda and junk food thank the lord, so we use stevia alot.

Stevia is the only artificial sweetener that doesn’t spike your insulin levels. I primarily used it to sweeten green tea but have found that it’s decent on mixed berries.

I find the after taste slightly unpleasant compared to other artificial sweeteners such as Splenda but prefer using it since it doesn’t spike insulin.

Be careful if you’re attempted to purchase stevia in the USA. There’s a product called “Stevia in the Raw” which is actually a blend of stevia and splenda.

I use it instead of sugar. I’m used to the bitterness now

I quite like the taste of Stevia sweetened Coke. In my country this is marketed as ‘Coke Life’.
