I am at 40mg but looking to go down to 20mg as here they are soon restricting nicotine strength to 20mg.

Honestly I vape out of boredom since I got severe negative symptoms. I didnā€™t vape or smoke before sz and the negative symptoms. Maybe boredom is the main reason that 90% of schizophrenics use nicotine according to statistics

i do it because i still the have urge to smoke cigarettes it never goes away but it gets easy when more time goes by, it keeps me off cigarrettes.
