It’s where Meds,talking therapy and journalling has helped me. The meds help reduce most of our symptoms. Therapy helps gain new skills to deal with the rest among other things. Journalling helps to vent all the random mental anguish day to day.
Was a long post on journalling awhile ago. Should keep you busy for awhile.
