Does anyone find a benefit from writing down their symptoms? I started it about 2 years ago and it has really helped me maintain insight into this illness. I look back over what I had written a year ago and I see patterns, such as stronger hallucinations in the winter months and it helps me spot it if I am having delusions because many of them are long term problems for me.

I have kept a recovery journal for decades. It helps me track progress over the long term when the change is too small to see in the short-term. I highly recommend it.

I use to use bearable app. It worked for a while for me but then I got paranoid about the app I really don’t suffer like I use to tho

I don’t do a journal. But as I look at my posting history here I realize my focus is changing. I was totally negative and just wanted to prove my delusions were real kind of. Now I am totally positive and just focus on recovering everything back from what my delusions have taken from me.
