I think I once heard Billy Connolly or Midge Ure mention they used to get jammy pieces thrown out the tenements to them from mam.

Scottish people like fighting and sandwiches. And cussing.

Makes me proud to be descended from Scots.

Ten points if you can transcribe the lyrics

Being an American when someone says the word piece I assume it’s a weapon. And a Jammy Piece sounds like a very unreliable weapon. Haha! We like our guns and we are pretty partial to sandwiches too.

Scotland sounds like an awesome place. When I was a drinker I would literally dream about visiting your guy’s distilleries. I think your country would be a fun place to hike. Don’t know if I will ever get there but you never know.

Thanks for the info.
