From what I understand you can’t have more than one disorder on the SZ spectrum.

I haven’t been diagnosed with a personality disorder, but I don’t think I have a good personality in general. I have a few friends but most people either don’t like me or take advantage of my kindness. People love to be mean to me.

My psychiatrist told me I have a personality disorder. But I don’t know which one and I don’t know why I get psychotic from it. She told me I don’t have schizophrenia.

There can be psychotic symptoms in borderline and schizotypal.

Depersonalisation.
I think if I had to guess, this is very common and actually Wikipedia says it is in the top three most common mental health symptoms along with depression and anxiety.

I really truly do not like this symptom because it suffocates my feeling of wellbeing. IMO it goes hand in hand with anxiety and in the long term leads to depression. if it is severe and chronic enough

Do you get psychotic from Depersonalisation? Becouse I get very psychotic When unmedicated.

I was “treated” for Borderline PD for years - but now its just “EUPD Traits” on the clinic letter with the main Dx of Course of Paranoid Sz.

Load of fcking cobblers. I havent got a PD. Never have done. Did a year of CBT for it tho in a TC.

I think that depersonalisation was perhaps one of the things that led to my psychosis yea. But not necessarily the only thing. Perhaps a combination of stuffs
